D&D——Integrated Dust Removal and Denitrification Filter Media

The denitrification catalyst is loaded onto the dust removal filter material in the form of a finished product or precursor, and dust removal and denitrification are carried out in a coordinated manner.
01 Introduction of "D&D" filter media
"D&D" is a high-efficiency integrated dust removal and denitrification filter material developed by Yuanchen Technology. The catalyst is loaded into the interior and surface of pure polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) or other fiber filter materials to form a filtration-catalysis layer. By adding a series of additives and using a unique loading process to enhance the bonding strength between the catalyst and the filter material, it ultimately achieves coordinated dust removal and denitrification treatment, making it versatile.The "D&D" filter material developed by Yuanchen Technology can be used for integrated dust removal and denitrification treatment in industries such as waste incineration, steel, cement, and power. It has been tested in two projects and operates well, with particulate matter and nitrogen oxide emissions meeting standards and being stable.
According to on-site working conditions and customer needs, Yuanchen Technology provides customized services for "D&D" filter materials, which have various specifications and structural forms (single-layer dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure, film-covered dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure, and double-layer/multi-layer dust removal and denitrification catalytic structure).
The conventional performance (tensile strength, air permeability, thickness, etc.) of Yuanchen Technology's "D&D" filter material is consistent with that of ordinary filter materials.
3)Denitrification catalytic activity
Denitrification catalytic activity is evaluated based on the NO conversion rate and tested on a fixed reaction bed with simulated actual kiln gas (NO, O2), reducing gas (NH3), and equilibrium gas (Ar). The denitrification catalytic performance of Yuanchen Technology's "D&D" filter material is excellent, with a wide range of activity temperature (140~240℃), and the highest denitrification activity can reach 96% (180℃).
