Since the white fiber is produced by the film splitting method, the dispersion in fineness is relatively large, generally from 2dtex to 10dtex. PTFE cannot burn, and its limiting oxygen index reaches 95%. The strength is low and the breaking elongation is small. The breaking strength of the imported brown fiber is only 1.9cn/dtex, while the strength of the white imported fiber basically does not exceed 4cn/dtex. The friction coefficient is low, so the dust is easy to fall off on the surface of the filter material. The surface tension of the fiber is large, and it has good water repellency. The fiber is finer, the filtration efficiency is average, and the filter material has a weight of 750-800g. The textile performance is not good, the cohesive force is low, and static electricity is easily generated in the fiber spinning process.
