Since the white fiber is produced by the film splitting method, the dispersion in fineness is relatively large, generally from 2dtex to 10dtex. The brown fiber is wet-spinned, so the fiber fineness is relatively fixed. At present, it is 3.3dtex in foreign countries, and the single yarn strength is generally above 4dtex in China. The length is generally 51mm~75mm. The melting point of PTFE is 327 °C, and it can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 260 °C, and the instantaneous use temperature can exceed 300 °C. PTFE cannot burn, and its limiting oxygen index reaches 95%. The strength is low and the breaking elongation is small. The breaking strength of the imported brown fiber is only 1.9cn/dtex, while the strength of the white imported fiber basically does not exceed 4cn/dtex. The friction coefficient is low, so the dust is easy to fall off on the surface of the filter material. The surface tension of the fiber is large, and it has good water repellency. The fiber is finer, the filtration efficiency is average, and the filter material has a weight of 750-800g. The textile performance is not good, the cohesive force is low, and static electricity is easily generated in the fiber spinning process.

Acrylic has excellent acid resistance , alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance . The continuous working temperature is 125℃ ,and the instant temperature is  140 ℃ . It can be wdely used for dust treated and recovery under the complex chemnical conditions.

Denitration catalyst is an essential part of industrial flue gas treatment (denitration link). Its use can improve denitration efficiency and achieve ultra-low emissions. However, during use, as the operating time increases, the denitration catalyst is deactivated, including high-temperature sintering, pore blockage, matrix abrasion, alkali metal (Na), alkaline earth metal (Ca) poisoning, arsenic (As) poisoning, and SO3 poisoning , Phosphorus (P) poisoning, water vapor (H2O) influence and other reasons, so it needs to be replaced regularly.

The alkali content of flue gas in many industries is much higher than that of pulverized coal power generation denitrification. Therefore, it also poses a new challenge to the problem of alkali metal poisoning of the SCR vanadium-based denitration catalyst. Especially in industries such as cement kilns, iron and steel sintering machines, coking plants, alumina clinker kilns and biomass boilers, and high-alkali coal power generation, it is necessary to attach great importance to the poisoning risk of alkali metals in flue gas denitration to denitrification catalysts.

The chemical name of PPS is polyphenylene sulfide. It is a white material with excellent thermal stability. Although it will burn when it is placed in a flame, the combustion will stop immediately when the flame is removed. It will show a yellow-orange flame when it burns, and a trace of black will be generated. Soot does not fall off the burned material, and forms residual coke, showing low flame spread and smoke density. The limiting oxygen index is 34-35. The most commonly used fineness is: 2.2 dtex. Other finenesses are: 1.1 dtex 1.7 dtex 3.0 dtex and so on. The most commonly used lengths: 51mm and 60mm. The working temperature is 130～160℃, the short-term working temperature is 190℃, and the melting point is 285℃. In addition, the oxygen content of the fiber should be less than 8% during normal use. The higher the oxygen content, the use temperature should decrease accordingly.
