What material is FMS needle felt?
FMS needle felt material is a physical composite filter material of glass fiber and PPS, P84, NOMEX, etc. The price of this material is relatively low, and the use temperature can reach 260 ℃, which is not affected by the temperature change of the boiler; After the fiber of the material is chemically treated, the exhaust gas of the boiler combustion can also be treated. However, because its main component is glass fiber, its anti-folding performance is poor, resulting in a short service life (generally less than 1 year) of the filter material and poor filtration accuracy (dust removal rate).

3)Production details: Double bottoms and reinforcement to make abrasion resistance.

Sewing thread: PTFE thread.

4)Inspection:  Filter bags will be according to the national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards.
