The dust filter material has the following three notable characteristics:

The long-term use temperature is 260℃, and it has a safe space to cope with shutdowns and accidents.

3). Low backwash pressure and high elasticity of mud cake removal efficiency
The characteristics of P84 are notable due to the fineness of the fiber itself, and the irregular fiber cross-section maximizes the surface area of the fiber and provides a lot of tiny pores to make the surface filtration effect better than the depth filtration, and the dust only stays on the surface of the needle punched filter felt. However, it fails to penetrate into the filter felt, so the backwash pressure is small and the efficiency of filter cake bomb removal can be significantly improved. It has an excellent collection efficiency of fine particles and a small operating pressure difference.
P84 is widely used in waste incineration power plants, cement plants, steel plants, coal-fired boilers and other industries.

Different types of filter bag must be individually packaged. In general, it is wrapped in plastic bags for water proof, then put in a carton. Filter bag must be neat and regular packing, with the ring of the filter bag to avoid ring flat compression deformation. For the requirement to keep the shape of filter bag, it must fill padding for filter bag inside. Any other packing ways also be accepted up to you.
