When the working temperature of the filter bag chamber is 166°C to 204°C, the life of the filter bag can be as long as 6 years. The disadvantage is that it has poor tensile, abrasion, and flexural resistance, and the price is relatively high.

However, PPS has poor oxidation resistance. When the oxygen content of the flue gas exceeds 8%, this filter material cannot be used.

Due to the increased surface area of the single fiber, it can effectively trap particles, and the filtration accuracy is high; It is a non-thermoplastic fiber, and has stronger abrasion resistance to pulse cleaning than glass fiber. Therefore, P84 can be used instead of glass fiber or mixed use under conditions that require good abrasion resistance. Its anti-oxidation performance is better than PPS filter media, but its acid resistance and hydrolysis resistance are slightly worse, and its alkali resistance is poor. It is suitable for use in the treatment of kiln flue gas with low sulfur content.
