Feature:

Made from high classics non-alkali fiberglass roving, treated by organics coating, the high temperature resistant fiberglass sewing thread is smooth, soft, wear and fracture resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and with high strength performance. The thread is hard to be untwisted when sewing, so the sewed products always in tidy and clean seam, and doesn't teasel or broken. The sewed filter-bag can work even in 280 ℃.

PPS Filter Bag for Dust Collector

The chemical name of PPS is polyphenylene sulfide. It is a white material with excellent thermal stability. Although it will burn when it is placed in a flame, the combustion will stop immediately when the flame is removed. It will show a yellow-orange flame when it burns, and a trace of black will be generated. The length is generally 51mm~75mm. The melting point of PTFE is 327 °C, and it can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 260 °C, and the instantaneous use temperature can exceed 300 °C. PTFE cannot burn, and its limiting oxygen index reaches 95%. The strength is low and the breaking elongation is small. The breaking strength of the imported brown fiber is only 1.9cn/dtex, while the strength of the white imported fiber basically does not exceed 4cn/dtex. The friction coefficient is low, so the dust is easy to fall off on the surface of the filter material. The surface tension of the fiber is large, and it has good water repellency. The fiber is finer, the filtration efficiency is average, and the filter material has a weight of 750-800g. The textile performance is not good, the cohesive force is low, and static electricity is easily generated in the fiber spinning process.
