The WM2+2 carding is a carding designed for high productivity and quality with a patented double doffer system between the two main cassettes, featuring optimal fiber stripping in the first cassette and fiber separation in the middle zone, thus improving fiber mixing and distribution on the second cassette. In addition, the use of the double doffer in the middle zone and the addition of 2 work rollers increases the card capacity to 12 tons per day compared to conventional carding technology. Since this model uses jet air carding processing instead of the conventional work roll and peel roll type of mechanical carding, mechanical stresses on the fibers can be avoided and high product yield and quality can be achieved to the maximum extent.
