Temperature: The temperature is lower than 130 degrees, you can choose the conventional bag house filter bag such as polyester dust removal bag, the temperature is greater than 130 degrees, you need to choose high temperature dust filter sleeve, such as flumesi dust bag, PTFE dust bag, etc.
Humidity: The choice of gas humidity. The product engineering department of Xinwei Environmental Protection, based on actual working condition experience and test conclusions, when the relative humidity of the gas in the working condition is greater than 30%, we should choose a waterproof cloth bag with a film.
Acid and alkali: Fully consider the acid and alkali properties in the working conditions. Various types of kiln boilers often contain acid and alkali. The performance is different and the corrosive working conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to choose different use of acid and alkali resistance or Anti-oxidant dust bag.

1. The wettability and adhesion of dust. If the dust is dust-absorbing and highly adhesive, choose a dust-removing filter bag with a waterproof membrane filter material.
2. The combustibility and nuclear power of dust. Certain dusts are flammable, and flame-retardant dust collection bags should be selected. Dust filter bags are specially used for nuclear power dust.
