Filter bag material and scope of application:

When the operating temperature is less than 400℃, 304 and 316L materials can be selected, 304 materials have good temperature resistance, and 316L materials have better temperature resistance and better corrosion resistance;

When the operating temperature is 400-600℃, 310S and 314 materials can be selected, which have the ability to resist high temperature oxidation;

When the high temperature is greater than 600°C, iron-chromium-aluminum materials can be selected; other materials such as Hastelloy, nickel, etc. are available as required.

Filter bag structure:

The metal fiber filter bag is made of pure metal fiber after non-woven paving and sintering. It adopts a gradient fiber layer structure. The dust-facing surface is ultra-fine fiber, and the back layer is a thick fiber layer. The fiber voids are in a horn trapezoidal structure, all of which are through holes. .

It can be used continuously at a high temperature of 350-800℃, and the filter accuracy can be 3μ-200μ, and the external dimensions can be processed according to user requirements.
